MARCUS YANG
Marcus is an experienced corporate financier with over fifteen years of banking and corporate finance experience. Marcus has held senior positions at global finance and banking institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland, GE Capital. KPMG and Deloitte. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) of Canada, holds a CISI Level 3 certificate in Investment and is FCA (UK) CF30 qualified.
Jonny Levay
Jonny provides a range of corporate development and M&A consulting services to clients in a variety of different industry sectors. His focus is typically on finance raising and mid-market M&A projects where he offers end-to-end deal management, including financial modelling, document drafting and a range of related services. Prior to establishing his own business, Jonny worked in investment banking advising energy clients on a broad range of corporate finance projects. He holds two degrees from Imperial College London and the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance.
